This lovely 19 year old patient from Rochester Hills, Michigan is seen six months after rhinoplasty (reshaping of the nose) and lip augmentation with her own natural fat. The changes include the reduction of the dorsum (hump) and shaping of the tip. There is restoration of balance to the face and softening of the contours.
