This 29 year old woman is seen only 6 weeks after undergoing a SPAIR mastopexy with the placement of implants (150CC Allergan 68 smooth, round, saline filled to 175cc),to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. Indeed, at only six weeks, she has better shape than many other techniques when fully healed!!!She went from a B to a C cup. Contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preservedand the patient is very happy with the results. (Some of the specks are a result of the sealing glue that Dr. Kayser uses to help with healing and scarring - in time, the scars will all but disappear!)
