Description: This delightful 25 year old woman from Kimball is seen 9 months after a breast lift with implants. She presented with a severe congenital breast deformity involving constrictions (incompletely formed and narrow breasts) and ptosis (drooping) along with volume differences. A history of significant weight loss is also noted. Allergan Natrelle style 68 smooth, round, 390cc implants were used and filled to 425cc to achieve the patient's desired D cup. Contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preserved and the patient is very happy with the results.
